Refund requests will be processed within 10-15 business days upon approval of valid documents and requests.
Refunds will be provided only if requested within one day of the subscription date. Refunds may also be issued if there is a technical issue, such as being charged twice for the same subscription.
Once a subscription is processed and more than two days have passed, no refunds will be issued.
We do not offer exchanges for subscriptions or services.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during subscription.
